KHY-M66RF-000 is a dedicated signal line for Yamaha YS12, YS12F, and YS24 surface mount machines, used in SMT electronic surface mount production scenarios. The cable is responsible for the power supply and signal data transmission between the Feida and the host, transmitting feeding control signals, and ensuring precise synchronization of the electric Feida feeding action. In the long-term production of the production line, cables are repeatedly bent and bent due to the insertion and extraction, reciprocating motion of Feida, which easily leads to internal core breakage and poor contact, causing Feida communication errors, feeding disorder, equipment alarm shutdown, and directly causing production line shutdown losses. This product uses a bending resistant and wear-resistant outer skin for the wire, with excellent conductivity of the wire core. The joint wire sequence and pin definition are strictly compared to the original accessories, and can be directly replaced on the machine to quickly restore Feida communication and reduce feeding failures.
