KV7-M9192-00X is a rail sub baffle slider bracket for Yamaha YV100X/XG surface mount machine, used in SMT electronic surface mount production scenarios. It is mainly used to install and fix the rail sub baffle slider, providing stable support for the baffle sliding mechanism and ensuring smooth positioning of PCB boards during rail transportation. The equipment is used for long-term high-frequency substrate transportation, and the bracket is prone to deformation, hole wear and looseness due to vibration and friction, resulting in offset of the baffle, substrate jamming, and abnormal adjustment of the track clamp edge, which affects the progress of surface mount production. This product is made of thickened steel precision machining, with strong rigidity and not easy to deform.
