KV7-M9144-00X is a sensor support chip for Yamaha YV100X and YV100XG surface mount machines. It is used in SMT electronic surface mount production scenarios to install and fix track detection sensors, stabilize sensor installation positions, ensure stable output of substrate detection signals, and ensure PCB transport in place. Under long-term operation and vibration of the equipment, the bracket is prone to deformation, loosening, and displacement, causing sensor detection failure and signal loss, leading to missed substrate detection, track alarm shutdown, and delaying production on the production line. This product is made of thickened steel processing, with a sturdy and vibration resistant structure. The long groove supports fine adjustment of the sensor position, and the installation size is comparable to the original accessories.
