KV7-M9111-01X is the main body of the Yamaha YV100X/YV100XG surface mount machine W-axis pulley bracket, which is used in SMT electronic surface mount production scenarios to install and fix the W-axis transmission pulley, providing stable support for the pulley assembly and ensuring smooth transmission of the track width adjustment mechanism. The long-term reciprocating width adjustment operation of the equipment can easily cause deformation and cracking of the bracket under tension and vibration, as well as wear and tear of the installation holes, resulting in pulley displacement, track width adjustment jamming, and substrate edge size deviation, which affects the accuracy of PCB transportation. This product is made of thickened steel and precision processed. It has high structural strength and is not easily deformed. The hole size is strictly in line with the original factory standard, and can be directly replaced on the machine to quickly restore the stability of W-axis transmission.
