KV7-M9105-00X is the main body of the Yamaha YV100X/YV100XG surface mount machine W-axis pulley bracket, which is used in SMT electronic surface mount production scenarios. It is mainly used to carry and install W-axis pulley components, provide a stable base for the track width adjustment transmission mechanism, and ensure smooth operation of edge width adjustment. The equipment undergoes frequent widening operations over a long period of time, and the bracket is susceptible to wear and deformation due to vibration and tension, resulting in eccentric pulley displacement, track widening jamming, and inaccurate PCB board clamping dimensions, leading to transportation failures. This product is made of thickened steel precision machining, which has strong overall rigidity, impact resistance and is not easily deformed. The installation screw hole and central aperture are aligned with the original specifications, and can be directly replaced on the machine to quickly restore the W-axis transmission accuracy.
