KV7-M2683-01 is the Y-axis limit sensing chip of Yamaha YV100X/XG surface mount machine, used in SMT electronic surface mount production scenarios. It is used in conjunction with the origin sensor to trigger position signals, which are used to limit the Y-axis movement stroke and provide limit protection to prevent the head mechanism from exceeding the stroke impact. The long-term high-speed reciprocating motion of the equipment can easily cause deformation, bending and wear of the induction plate, resulting in abnormal triggering of the induction signal, zero return error, Y-axis motion alarm and shutdown, directly causing production line interruption.
