KV7-M2682-01X is a Y-axis sensor sensing chip for Yamaha YV100X/XG surface mount machine, used in SMT electronic surface mount production scenarios. It is used in conjunction with the origin sensor to trigger position signals, identify the Y-axis origin position, and control the precise positioning of the mounting head. The long-term high-speed reciprocating motion of the equipment can easily cause bending, deformation, wear, and displacement of the sensing plate, resulting in loss of origin signal, zero return error, and surface mount offset, which directly leads to production line shutdown. This product is made of high-quality stainless steel stamping processing, which is rust resistant and wear-resistant, with strong toughness and not easy to deform. The long slot supports sensing position adjustment, and the external dimensions are compared with the original accessories. It can be directly replaced on the machine to quickly repair the origin detection fault and restore the positioning accuracy of the equipment.
