KV7-M2283-00X is the Yamaha YV100X/XG surface mount machine X-axis limit sensing chip, which is used in SMT electronic surface mount production scenarios. With the trigger signal of the limit sensor, it limits the X-axis movement stroke and plays a role in overtravel protection to avoid the mounting head hitting the equipment rack. The equipment operates at high speed for a long time, and the induction plate is prone to bending, deformation, and positional deviation, resulting in limit signal failure, X-axis return to zero error, and emergency shutdown of the equipment, which affects the production efficiency of surface mounting. This product is made of high-quality stainless steel stamping, which is rust resistant, wear-resistant, and has strong toughness and is not easily deformed.
