KMB‑M7904‑00 is the side edge prism base for Yamaha YSM40R pick-and-place machine, designed for SMT high-speed production scenarios. As a fixed mounting base for visual inspection components, it is used to secure the prism and edge light source assembly, ensuring stable camera optical path for component side contour detection. Prolonged high-speed operation generates vibrations, causing the prism base to loosen, shift, or deform, leading to optical path deviation, visual imaging anomalies, and component recognition errors.
