KM5-M7142-01X and KM1-M7112-01X are Yamaha YV100X/XG/II surface mount machine head octopus ribs, used in SMT electronic surface mount production scenarios to organize and store multiple air pipe harnesses at the head, providing separation and protection, reducing friction and pulling between cables, and standardizing the movement trajectory of pipe lines. The head of the surface mount machine oscillates back and forth at high speed for a long time, and the ribs are prone to aging, cracking, and slot deformation, causing the air pipe harness to be misaligned, worn and leaking, resulting in abnormal vacuum in the head, material suction and throwing, and equipment alarm shutdown. This product is made of wear-resistant engineering plastic, with strong toughness and bending resistance. The slot spacing is precise and the size is comparable to the original accessories. It can be directly replaced on the machine, effectively protecting the pipeline and reducing head air circuit failures.
