This dispensing cover is a specialized accessory for Yamaha YGD dispensing machines, used in SMT electronic dispensing production scenarios. It is installed at the upper end of the glue barrel to seal and lock the glue barrel, and to transmit pressure air source, ensuring stable air pressure inside the barrel and allowing the glue to be smoothly extruded at a constant speed. The long-term high-speed dispensing operation of the equipment can easily cause wear on the threads of the dispensing cover and the sealing contact surface, resulting in poor sealing and air leakage, causing air pressure loss, intermittent dispensing, and offset dispensing volume, resulting in a large number of defective dispensing products. This product is made of precision processed aluminum alloy with fine surface treatment. The thread and sealing surface dimensions are strictly matched with the original accessories. It can be replaced directly on the machine, quickly repairing the leakage of the glue cylinder and ensuring the accuracy of glue dispensing.
