KHY-M3T10-01 is a dedicated cylinder for the Yamaha YS series surface mount machine's Feida cutting blade, used in SMT electronic surface mount production scenarios. As the power driving component of the waste cutting blade, it relies on the piston's extension and contraction to drive the cutting blade to complete the cutting of material strip waste, timely peel off the waste tape, and ensure the continuous and stable feeding of Feida. During the high-speed cyclic feeding process of Feida, the cylinder undergoes high-frequency reciprocating motion, and the internal seals are prone to wear and aging, resulting in air leakage, insufficient thrust, and jamming of the cutting blade, causing incomplete waste cutting, stuck material strips, and increased material throwing, seriously reducing the SMT production capacity. This cylinder block is precision machined, with smooth expansion and contraction operation, strong and stable cutting thrust, and various installation dimensions and stroke parameters are benchmarked against original accessories. It can be directly replaced on the machine, quickly solving cutter failures and restoring Feida feeding efficiency. It is a common pneumatic spare part for YS series electric Feida maintenance.
