KHW-M926E-00 is a specialized connection buckle for the upper and lower clamps of the Yamaha YS12 surface mount machine track, used in SMT electronic surface mount production scenarios. It is a transmission connector of the track clamping mechanism, connecting the cylinder fixing head and the clamp edge connecting piece, stably transmitting the cylinder thrust, and ensuring the smooth completion of PCB substrate clamping and locking of the clamp plate. The equipment clamps the substrate at high frequency for a long time, and the connecting buckle holes are repeatedly subjected to force and friction, which easily leads to wear and deformation, loose buckles, excessive transmission gap between the clamping edges, insufficient clamping force of the clamping plate, and substrate shaking and displacement, resulting in poor placement of the patch.
