The long-term high-frequency clamping operation of the equipment leads to repeated expansion, contraction, wear and aging of the sealing components inside the cylinder, which can easily cause air leakage, insufficient thrust, and clamping plate movement jamming, resulting in unstable substrate clamping and poor surface mount positioning, directly affecting production yield.
