KMG-M653F-10 is the main baffle cylinder, compatible with Yamaha YSM10 surface mount machine, model SSD2-KL-16-40, CKD original cylinder. Applied in SMT electronic surface mount production scenarios, it is used for controlling the lifting of the track main baffle, blocking the circuit board from being in place, and achieving precise positioning of the substrate. The long-term reciprocating lifting and lowering operation of the equipment makes the cylinder sealing ring prone to aging, air leakage, and piston rod jamming, resulting in improper lifting and lowering of the baffle, offset of the substrate stop plate, and track alarm shutdown, seriously affecting the production cycle of SMT.
