KMG-M3T10-A0 is a specialized cutting cylinder for Yamaha YSM10, YSM20, and YV180XG surface mount machines, used in SMT surface mount production to drive the Feida cutter to complete the cutting action of the material strip, ensuring smooth cutting and discharge of waste strips during the feeding process. The cylinder undergoes long-term high-frequency reciprocating motion, and the internal sealing ring is prone to aging and wear, resulting in insufficient thrust, retraction jamming, air leakage and pressure relief, causing continuous cutting of the material strip, abnormal feeding, equipment alarm shutdown, and directly slowing down the production rhythm of surface mount. This product has sufficient output thrust, smooth and stable operation, and its installation size and pneumatic parameters are compared with original accessories. It can be directly replaced on the machine, quickly repair cutter drive faults, restore normal feeding of Feida, and reduce production line downtime losses.
