KV4-M177C-A0X (PBDAS10 * 15-A) is a specialized mini cylinder for Yamaha surface mount machines, used in SMT surface mount equipment stop blocks and track limit mechanisms. It drives the piston rod to complete the PCB board blocking and positioning action, ensuring accurate substrate transport position. The cylinder undergoes long-term high-frequency reciprocating expansion and contraction, and the internal seals are prone to wear and aging, resulting in problems such as air leakage and pressure relief, expansion and contraction jamming, and insufficient thrust, causing circuit board positioning deviation, track alarm, intermittent equipment shutdown, and delaying production progress on the production line.
