The KHY-M5890-111 (KHY-M5848 / KHY-M5802) is a specialized servo drive board for Yamaha placement machine heads, designed for SMT placement production. It handles the transmission of motion signals and servo drive control for each axis of the placement head, precisely managing the high-speed placement actions of the nozzles. Due to prolonged power-on operation at high frequencies, components on the board are prone to aging and poor soldering, leading to signal transmission anomalies. These issues can cause head errors, placement deviations, Z-axis loss of control, equipment shutdowns, and lockout failures, directly halting production lines.  This board undergoes power-on testing before leaving the factory, ensuring stable signal output.
