KHY-M7154-00 and KLW-M7154-00 are original new Yamaha YS and YSM series surface mount machine dedicated BIT copper core vacuum generators, which include BIT main body and large and small sealing rubber rings. They are installed inside the suction nozzle rod of the mounting head, responsible for controlling the vacuum air circuit on and off, providing stable negative pressure for the suction nozzle, and ensuring smooth component feeding and mounting actions. After long-term high-frequency operation, the copper core valve core wears out, the rubber ring ages, cracks, and leaks air, which easily leads to faults such as insufficient vacuum, suction shaking, material dropping and flying, and head vacuum alarm, reducing the yield of surface mount. This product is of original and brand new quality, with precision machining of the valve core and excellent sealing performance. Its size parameters fully match the original factory accessories and can be directly replaced on the machine. It can quickly repair vacuum faults and restore stable production of the equipment. It is a regular spare part for head maintenance of YS and YSM models.
