The YS12 baffle cylinder assembly (KHW-M9272-00) is a specialized baffle cylinder assembly for Yamaha YS12 SMT machine tracks, equipped with a complete set of accessories such as mounting brackets and speed control joints. It is mainly used for blocking and limiting during PCB transportation, accurately intercepting circuit boards, and completing substrate positioning and waiting for installation. Long term high-frequency expansion and contraction operations of cylinders are prone to problems such as piston rod jamming, air leakage, and improper lifting of baffles, which can cause PCB board positioning deviation, track alarm shutdown, and directly affect the production cycle of surface mount.
