This fixed tray is compatible with Yamaha YS12, YS24, YSM10 and other series of surface mount machines. It is a backpack spare material placement fixture, mainly installed at the backpack position on the back of the equipment, used to store loose materials, tubular components, and tray materials, effectively expanding the equipment's loading capacity, reducing frequent material changes and shutdowns, and improving SMT surface mount production efficiency. The tray is made of thickened aluminum alloy material, precision machined by CNC, with a flat surface that is not easily deformed. Multiple specifications are available, supporting flexible placement of 1-4 trays. Easy to install, stable in positioning, and materials are not easily displaced or slipped during operation. It can perfectly match the backpack structure of equipment and is a very practical auxiliary tool for small batch and multi variety production.
