The KHY-M8596-00 is the original CKD digital pressure sensor for Yamaha YG12 and YS12 placement machines, primarily used to monitor the vacuum negative pressure values of the placement machine head in real time and transmit the pressure signal to the control system to determine whether the nozzle successfully picks up the material. During prolonged production operations, the sensor probe is prone to contamination by dust and solder paste, as well as component aging and failure, leading to issues such as inaccurate vacuum pressure detection, negative pressure alarms, frequent material rejection, and equipment shutdown errors. This sensor boasts high detection accuracy, sensitive readings, and stable signal transmission via the accompanying cable.
