The KMC-M654F-500 sensor is compatible with the Yamaha YSM20 surface mount machine and is installed above the cutter cylinder to detect the position signal of the cylinder cutter, feedback the opening and closing status of the cylinder, and ensure the orderly execution of the waste cutting action. During the long-term production process, the wiring harness is repeatedly pulled and the sensors are aging, which can easily lead to signal detection failures, cutting blade action errors, program interruptions and shutdowns.
