The KMK-M653C-00 and KMK-M653F-00 board feeding sensors are compatible with the Yamaha YSM20 surface mount machine and are installed at the equipment track feeding position to detect PCB substrate entry signals and control the start stop rhythm of track transportation. After sensor aging and wire damage, it is easy to encounter faults such as missed detection, no incoming board signal, track failure to deliver boards, equipment error and shutdown, which directly affect the production line rhythm. This sensor has a sensitive sensing response, and the black cable is resistant to bending and wear. The plug terminals are completely matched with the original factory and can be directly replaced on the machine, quickly restoring the board detection function and ensuring a stable and smooth circuit board transportation process.
