This track alignment sensor model is E32-A13, compatible with Yamaha YSM20 surface mount machine, including KLW‑M653P‑30、KLW‑M653P‑60、KLC‑M9192‑00  The complete set of accessories is mainly installed on both sides of the equipment transmission track, using the principle of fiber optic pairing to detect the PCB substrate in place signal and accurately control the entry and exit and stopping positions of the circuit board. Long term operation of equipment can lead to fiber aging and breakage, as well as dust blocking of the optical path, resulting in detection failures, missed boards, track errors, production interruptions, and other malfunctions. Fiber optic transmission performance is excellent, signal induction is stable, cables are flexible and anti bending, accessory hole size is precise, can be directly replaced on the machine, quickly restore track detection function, and ensure smooth PCB transportation.
