The KHY-M652K-00 track alignment fiber optic sensor is compatible with Yamaha YS12 and YG12 surface mount machines and installed on both sides of the equipment transmission track. It relies on fiber optic alignment to detect the PCB substrate in place signal, accurately controlling the position of the circuit board entering and leaving, and stopping the board, thereby controlling the rhythm of track transportation. In long-term production, fiber optic pipelines are prone to wear and aging, and the optical path is blocked by dust, resulting in signal detection failure, leakage, track error shutdown and other faults, which affect production efficiency. This fiber optic cable has excellent transparency, stable sensing signal, flexible and bending resistant cable, precise installation bracket hole position, and can be directly replaced on the machine, quickly restoring the track substrate detection function and ensuring the smooth operation of PCB conveying process.
