The KHY-M652L-00 fiber optic sensor is compatible with Yamaha YS12 and YS24 surface mount machines and is commonly used for track and head detection points. It transmits optical signals through optical fibers to achieve sensing detection of PCB substrates or mechanism positions. Long term high-speed operation of equipment and repeated bending of fiber optic cables can easily lead to fiber breakage, optical path attenuation, signal loss, resulting in missed detections, equipment alarms, production interruptions, and other problems.
