KGA-M9114-00 is a dedicated conductive iron block press block for the right to left conveyor track of Yamaha YS24 SMT machine, and is the core component of the track PCB reversing conveyor mechanism. Adopting high-strength steel precision CNC machining, surface blackening treatment, high hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance. Used to press and fix the track conductor block, prevent component loosening and displacement during operation, stabilize PCB directional guidance, and reduce production abnormalities such as card jamming, scraper, and substrate deviation.
