Description: KLW-M715B-00 is the dedicated vacuum O-ring for BIT filter cap of YSM series, essential wearable part for head maintenance. Aged and hardened O-ring will cause vacuum leakage at filter cap, resulting in unstable vacuum pressure, pick offset and component dropping, reducing placement yield. It is recommended to replace this seal together with filter cotton during regular head maintenance for YSM10/YSM20, to maintain good sealing performance of head vacuum system.
