Product Introduction This is an optical right-angle reflective prism inside the scan camera of Yamaha YS series. Its optical surface is coated with high-reflection film. It functions to bend the optical path by 90 degrees to realize high-speed component image capture and recognition. Lens cracking and coating scratches are easily caused by machine collision or foreign object impact during production. Once damaged, the camera will lose images, suffer poor recognition and trigger camera errors, resulting in direct machine shutdown.

Original new part made of K9 optical glass with high-precision coating and strict angle tolerance. Camera optical calibration is required after replacement.
