The YS24 main baffle plastic block is a cushioning accessory for the Yamaha YS24 surface mount machine track baffle. It is assembled at the movable part of the main baffle to provide cushioning, shock absorption, and friction isolation, and to alleviate the impact loss caused by the opening and closing of the baffle. Adopting high-strength engineering plastic injection molding, it has good toughness, abrasion resistance, and is not easily broken. It is fatigue resistant and suitable for high-frequency reciprocating motion. Accurate hole size, compatible with the original installation position, can be directly replaced and installed on the machine. Effectively reduce the wear and noise between metal components, minimize the jamming of baffles, extend the service life of track components, ensure stable PCB clamping and transportation, and maintain the normal production rhythm of SMT production lines.
