BIO-30 is a synthetic industrial chain oil that is widely suitable for chain lubrication in SMT reflow soldering and wave soldering equipment. It has excellent high temperature resistance and can adapt to high-temperature furnace conditions. Oil products have low volatility and low coking characteristics, making them less prone to carbon deposits and sludge formation in high-temperature environments, reducing chain jamming, and minimizing pollution to PCB surfaces. Having good penetration and adhesion ability, it can fully infiltrate the gaps of the chain, effectively reduce friction loss, prevent rust and wear, and extend the service life of the chain. Long term use can reduce chain noise and jamming, and lower equipment maintenance frequency.
