HILUBE R-2 high-temperature chain oil, with a capacity of 250ml, specially developed for lubrication of SMT reflow soldering furnace chains, suitable for high-temperature furnace working environment. Oil products have excellent high temperature resistance, with low volatilization under high temperature conditions, making it difficult to form carbon oil residue, reducing chain jamming, and avoiding oil droplet pollution of PCB boards. The oil has outstanding adhesion performance and can penetrate into the hinge gaps of the chain, continuously forming a lubricating protective film, reducing chain friction and wear, and also having anti rust protection effect. The equipment operates at high temperatures for a long time, and the chain is prone to dryness, abnormal noise, jamming, and wear. Using this product can effectively improve the transmission conditions, reduce the frequency of chain maintenance, and extend the service life of the chain.
