KHJ-MC745-00 is a front-end hook specifically designed for Yamaha SS56MM electric Fit. It is made of high-strength engineering plastic injection molding, with good toughness and resistance to repeated buckle wear. Mainly used for fixing the pressing cover with the front-end locking buckle of Feida, ensuring that the pressing cover opens and closes in place and stabilizing the conveyor belt. Under long-term high-frequency operation, the hook is prone to breakage, and the buckle is worn and loose, causing unstable closure of the pressing cover and deviation of the material belt, resulting in material throwing. This product has the same size as the original factory and can be directly replaced for assembly, restoring the function of the Feida lock and reducing abnormal feeding. It is a spare part for SMT Feida maintenance.
